At Facepaint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship Your Return

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
